Session Replay
Your analytics say people visited. Session Replay shows what they actually did: every click, scroll and tap, played back like a video. Recordings under 10 minutes are included in Pro; longer ones are $0.089 each.
Quick start
Setup takes about thirty seconds.

Get the Pro plan
Session Replay is a Pro feature. Upgrade from the Pricing page or your dashboard.

Open your dashboard
Go to the Analytics tab and switch Session Replay on.

Copy one script into your <head>
Use the Replay script from the Analytics tab. Recordings appear within seconds of a visit starting.

Add it to your site's <head>. Your dashboard's Analytics tab shows it with your own token filled in. It's safe alongside the main Tracking Code: only one recorder runs per page.
What a recording shows
Every interaction
Clicks, scrolls, taps, mouse movement and page changes, replayed exactly as the visitor saw them.
Event Timeline
Every event listed beside the player. Click one to jump to that moment, or follow along as it plays.
Where they came from
Traffic source (Google, Facebook, a campaign link…), country and province or state, device, browser and every page viewed.
Live and long visits
Recordings marked Live are still going and grow as the visitor browses. Long and Bounce badges show at a glance.
Download as video
Save any replay as a video file to share with your team or client.
Filters and clean-up
Filter by visit length or device, and bulk-delete bounced or empty recordings.
Settings
Change these in the Analytics tab. They apply to every visitor straight away.

Pricing
Session Replay is part of the Pro plan. Long recordings are what take up storage, so they're billed by usage on top of your plan, the same way leads are.
- Only recordings longer than 10 minutes are billed. Every shorter visit is free.
- A long recording is sent to Polar 24 hours after it ends. Delete it before then and it isn't charged.
- Set Max Duration to 10 minutes or less and you'll never pay for recordings.
- The Long Session Recordings card at the bottom of the Analytics tab shows this month's count and cost as they happen.
- Billed monthly in arrears with your plan, through Polar.
Privacy
Password, email and phone fields are always masked. With Privacy mode on, everything a visitor types is masked as dots. Recordings are kept for your plan's retention period and deleted automatically after that, and you can delete any recording yourself from the Session Recordings list.
